There is a café at the top of the path by the road at Tregonhawke. Along the road to Rame Head is a restaurant called The View.
There is a bus service that stops at Tregonhawke at the Whitsand Bay Holiday Camp (the 81C route) which goes to Plymouth in one direction and to Cawsand/Kingsand and Cremyll in the other. Buses run roughly once an hour.
The nearest village is Millbrook where there is a Co-op and a Spar shop which are open till late and you can buy most groceries. Millbrook is about 1.5 miles away along a country lane.
Cawsand and Kingsand are about 2 miles along the coast where you can find pubs and places to eat.
For a big shop the nearest Sainsburys is at Torpoint which is an easy drive of 6 miles away. Torpoint is a small town on the banks of the River Tamar with a variety of shops in the High Street.
The car ferry runs from Torpoint to the City of Plymouth where you have a full range of entertainment, cinemas, theatre, night clubs, pubs and restaurants. The centre of Plymouth has the full range of national chain stores. The Barbican area of Plymouth is very scenic with the yacht marina, cafes, and restaurants. You must not miss the opportunity to walk along the The Hoe where Sir Francis Drake was supposed to have been playing bowls when the Spanish Armada came into sight all those centuries ago.
